Does using a travel advisor cost me extra?
Nope — my planning is free to you. The cruise line pays me, so you get the same fare (often with extra perks) plus a human who handles everything when plans change.
Which cruise lines do you book?
All the majors — MSC, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, Celebrity, and more — plus resort brands like Sandals for land-based getaways. I match the line to YOUR family, not the other way around.
Do you only do cruises?
Cruises are my specialty, but I plan all kinds of vacations — all-inclusive resorts, family trips, couples getaways, even international adventures. If it involves packing a bag, I can plan it.
Where are you located?
I'm based in Lakeland, Florida — right in the heart of Central Florida, an easy drive from Port Canaveral and Tampa's cruise port. I work with families across the U.S. by text, email, and phone.
How do payments work?
I'll send you a secure invoice with every booking. You enter your own card details directly into that invoice — I never see or store your card number. From there, I submit the payment through to the cruise line or resort on your behalf, and I track every deadline so nothing sneaks up on you.
How far in advance should I book?
For the best cabins and prices: 9–18 months out for peak dates (spring break, summer, holidays), 6–12 months for everything else. Booking early almost always beats waiting for a "last-minute deal" — and if the price drops after you book, I watch for that too.
What if something goes wrong on my trip?
That's exactly when you'll be glad you booked with me. One message and I'm on it — no hold music, no phone trees, no fighting with a website at midnight.
Do I need travel insurance?
I quote it on every trip, and I recommend it — it protects everything you've paid if life happens (illness, weather, work emergencies). It's your call, but I'll always show you the option and the honest math.
